OtherWeather is a very popular social weather forecasting site. This makes it possible for anyone to participate in weather forecasting. It’s possible for anyone to interact with the site and predict the weather. Anyone who is interested in the weather can participate on the site and share their own forecasts. The reports are also pretty accurate because so many people are all invited to forecast the weather. It’s possible to compare these reports and get accurate predictions about what will happen in the future. It’s possible to use the site without needing to register; you can for example browse the website and find out temperatures around the country. However by registering you have a number of benefits including being able to customize the site for your needs. When you register you will enter your zip code, this will personalize the site to your own address. By registering you are also able to write your own weather forecasts and post them onto the website. People can rate the reviews which make it possible to ensure that people know which reports to trust. Registering doesn’t take long and is just a matter of filling out the form at the bottom of the website. You won’t be sent a confirmation email and all you need to do is sign in using your email address and password once you’ve registered.

OtherWeather is free to use for everyone. The site makes money from adverts which are displayed on the site. There are a couple of banner adverts on each page but these aren’t a problem and don’t cause any trouble.

Otherweather is aimed at anyone who is interested in the weather and wants to be able to participate. OtherWeather makes it possible for people to predict the weather themselves which makes it more interesting than simply reading about the reports on the internet. When you are really interested in an accurate weather forecast and detailed weather information it's better to visit another site.
